1 Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Profile Stats Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Service.

Profile Stats is a browser extension that reads the publicly visible data on any OnlyFans profile page you open and turns it into analytics:

3 Intended Use

Profile Stats is designed for legitimate analytics workflows:

• Evaluating creators before subscribing
• Agency-side scouting and shortlisting
• Tracking growth and engagement of profiles you follow
• Independent research on the creator economy
• Personal organisation of profiles via notes and tags

4 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use this extension for:

• Harassment, doxxing, or targeted abuse of any creator
• Automated scraping or rate-busting beyond normal browsing
• Republishing, re-selling, or licensing the leaderboard / dataset
• Circumventing OnlyFans paywalls, age gates, or access controls
• Sharing your Profile Stats account with multiple people
• Reverse engineering the extension to extract internal endpoints
• Any illegal activity in your jurisdiction

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

5 Account & Registration

To access premium features, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account or license with others

6 Subscription & Payments

• The badge basics are free; advanced features (Top Models leaderboard, AI verdict, notes, alerts) require an active subscription
• Payments are crypto-only (USDT on multiple networks) via NOWPayments — no cards, no billing identity
• Each subscription period is fixed (monthly); access ends when the period expires unless renewed
• There are no auto-renewals — pay again when you're ready to extend
• Crypto payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. Misrouted or duplicate payments will be reviewed case-by-case
• New accounts receive a 7-day full-feature trial without payment
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

7 Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, code, and design, is owned by Profile Stats and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the extension code
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Create derivative works based on the extension
• Use our trademarks without written permission

8 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Using the extension in compliance with all applicable laws
• Any content you create or share using the extension
• Ensuring viewers understand that edited statistics are not real
• Any consequences arising from misuse of the extension

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all browser versions or systems
• Continued compatibility with OnlyFans website updates
• That the extension will meet your specific requirements

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profile Stats and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your account
• Any third-party conduct or content
• Any content obtained from the Service

11 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service:

• Immediately for violations of these Terms
• If we detect fraudulent or illegal activities
• At our sole discretion with reasonable notice
• If you request account deletion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
